About this attachment
The OrthoFast lingual sheath is a bondable attachment that accepts auxiliary wires and removable appliance arms on the lingual surface. The lumen is formed to a consistent internal dimension lot to lot — the die controls it, so appliance fit stays predictable.
External edges are radiused and polished to protect the tongue
