OrthoFast has been manufacturing these orthodontic attachments for over 35 years. Every cleat and sheath is precision-stamped from stainless steel on hardened dies in our Southern California tool and die shop — the same dies, refined over decades of production.

That matters for one simple reason: consistency. A bonded attachment only works if the geometry you get this month matches the geometry you validated years ago. Hard tooling gives you that by nature — part ten thousand off a die is the same part as the first one. Rotating brokered lots from unknown sources can't make that promise.

For decades these parts reached practices through distributors. Now we sell them direct — same parts, same dies, same inspection, without the markup in the middle. When you have a question about a part, you're talking to the people who stamp it.
