About this attachment
The OrthoFast small lingual cleat carries the same rounded, low-profile arm geometry as our large cleat in a reduced footprint for premolars, lower anteriors, and cases where lingual real estate is limited.
The mesh bonding base accepts standard orthodontic adhesives and the arm profile is formed smooth to minimize tongue irritation between appointments.
Every lot is stamped and inspected in our Southern California tool and die shop.
