About this attachment
The OrthoFast large lingual cleat is a direct-bond attachment for elastic and ligature engagement on the lingual surface. The bilateral arms are formed with a smooth, rounded profile to reduce soft-tissue irritation while giving elastomerics a positive purchase point.
A mesh bonding base provides consistent adhesive retention with standard orthodontic bonding systems. The large size suits molars and broader lingual surfaces where additional arm reach is needed.
Stamped, finished, and inspected in our Southern California tool and die shop — on the same hardened dies that have produced these parts for over 35 years.
